1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

You must immediately notify udbet of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. udbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with udbet. 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours during banking hours. Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. udbet does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose fees which are your responsibility.

• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, collusion, or manipulation of games
• Using bots, automated software, or any artificial intelligence systems to play games

• Money laundering or using udbet services to facilitate any illegal financial transactions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods for deposits

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or udbet staff
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location or identity

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action. udbet reserves the right to report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the udbet website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), are the exclusive property of udbet or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the udbet platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from udbet without prior written consent. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, udbet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in service availability
• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions or errors

In no event shall udbet's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to udbet in the six (6) months prior to the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less. These limitations apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting udbet customer support. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication with our support team.

10.2 Formal Complaints

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint detailing the nature of your dispute. udbet will investigate all formal complaints and respond within fourteen (14) business days with our findings and proposed resolution.

10.3 Arbitration

Any dispute not resolved through informal or formal complaint procedures shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10.4 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by Player

You may terminate your udbet account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account balance. udbet is not responsible for any funds left in closed accounts.

11.2 Termination by udbet

udbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any prohibited activity. Upon termination by udbet, any remaining balance may be refunded to you minus any applicable fees, or forfeited if termination resulted from breach of Terms.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use udbet services immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Amendments to Terms

udbet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were most recently revised.
